Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Acts and behaves in a way that is compliant with company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to Environment, Health and Safety, ethics and codes of conduct.
- Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of raw materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies stocked in establishment during the project life cycle.
- Compares counted inventories to office records and/ or computed figures from records such as sales orders, production records, unusable items, and purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and either adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
- Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
- Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.

Requirements

- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment

Skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong organization skills
- Must have attention to detail
- Knowledgeable of clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
