Materials Engineer - Roads & Bridges

Job description / Role

Have full awareness of testing requirements.

Check material submissions and properly process approvals.

Visit factories to ensure proper manufacture and testing of materials produced.

Ensure materials delivered are as approved and are properly stored.

Assist in the development of testing procedures.
Keep up-to-date with new appropriate materials.

Requirements

Degree in Civil, Materials Engineering or related discipline.

At least 10 years relevant experience in construction supervision of large scale road, highway, utilities, bridges and underpass projects.

Preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in UAE or Middle East.
