Materials Expeditor (Mechanical) Up To 10k Aed for an EPC (Oil and Gas) Company in Dubai

• POSITION: Material Expeditor (Mechanical)
• SALARY: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: EPC (Oil and Gas) Company
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Facilitate the flow of materials to and from various work site departments
• Responsible for material inspection
• Work with vendors to secure the appropriate goods and coordinate delivery
• Keep inventory of goods on hand
• Work with vendors to determine a reasonable rate and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery
• Track orders from placement through delivery
• Inspect goods upon delivery to ensure that the standards of quality are met and the appropriate quantity has been received
• Ensure that the appropriate goods are transferred to each department in a timely manner
• Others may be requested

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Candidates who are currently in the UAE will be preferred

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position from an EPC / oil and gas industry
• Must have a mechanical materials background
• Excellent command in English
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
