Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Help the Emerging Markets and MEA organization with all internal and external communications for the company ensuring its messages are consistent and support the Go to market plans.
• Develop of a customer activation platform with the creation of promotional campaigns and customer events for the brand and product lines to support the product launches and sell out activities.
• Standardize the application of the brand around EM and MEA, execute and leverage the global platforms across the cluster improving our brand awareness across the cluster. Implementation of sponsorship program.
• Develop a public relations strategy and plan to improve spontaneous exposure in the top media of MEA; selection of a PR agency establishing targets and reporting, serve as lead point person on media interactions.
• Ensure vision, plan and roll out of actions in key strategic internal communications areas to increase associate understanding of the Company's strategy and key processes
• Develop an appropriated set of communication approaches and tools to help the organization and leaders to communicate effectively with the associates.
• Manage Marketing annual budget for MEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business
• 5-10 experience working in large organizations.
• Expertise in all areas of communications – brand & product, executive, corporate, internal communications.
• At least three years in a communications function with external focus and with proven track record of success in running world-class corporate communications initiatives, projects and programs.
• Experience working at a fast pace with varied disciplines and individuals to drive accountability for deliverables.
• Conceptual and strategic thinker, intellectually curious and always eager to learn.
• Enthusiastic communicator, effectively conveying messages to a wide variety of audiences, even in difficult circumstances
• English is a must, Arabic is a plus and additional language skills are an asset.
