Job description / Role
A Dubai based Property Developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced MEP Project Director. Your Main role will be to ensure that all MEP works have been carried out on a new Shopping Centre to exacting standards before the building and units are handed over to the tenants.
You will be responsible for reviewing all the MEP designs and examining all the work that has been carried out and formulating a plan and schedule for any further work needed. This role will evolve into other projects once the handover has been completed.
Requirements
The candidate must hold a professional qualification in MEP and have a proven track record in overseeing MEP design, installation and snagging works.
You must understand all the intricacies of MEP on complex buildings and be comfortable working in a highly pressurized environment.
