Job description / Role
Our client is an American Cost Consultancy who have a good presence in the UAE, headquartered in Dubai. They are expanding with some excellent projects in hospitality, leisure and residential and have grown by 50% in the last 12 months. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is to work on a number of projects overseeing building services, pre and post-contract.
This is a great role for an experienced professional from either a Consultancy or Contracting background. Salary and package is commensurate with experience and competitive with market rates.
Requirements
- Must have extensive experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on large projects incorporating building services.
- MRICS preferred
- At least 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Middle East experience preferred
