MEP Revit Modeler

Job description / Role

- (BIM) Building Information Modeling.
- Preparing HVAC, Plumbing, ELV, High Voltage, Special Systems Layouts Modeling and Family.
- Coordination with HVAC, Plumbing, ELV, High Voltaget, Special Systems as per requirement of project.
- Preparing Synthesis Drawings as per 3D Models.
- Preparing Modeling Description Note.
- Transferring construction documents into the model.
- Amend drawings as needed at any stage of the construction process.
- Report all the clashes (real and potential) and propose solutions.
- Incorporate all models of project through (Revit MEP)

Requirements

- 3 – 5 years of proven knowledge and application of the software Revit/Bim. Experience with Revit MEP 3D Modeling is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electric/Electronic), Architecture, Design is a plus.
- Understand the benefits and principles of Revit within BIM
- Basic understanding of materials, view graphics, view overrides, work sets, and work-sharing.
- Should have good visualization skills and ability to work on projects of complex nature.
- Able to generate plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Experience in Hospital Projects is a plus.
