MEP Supervisor - Al Futtaim Real Estate (AFRE) - Dubai

The purpose of this job is to support the Senior Facilities Manager and the Facilities Management team to ensure the best quality of MEP (Maintenance, Electrical and Plumbing) services are provided across all Al Futtaim Real Estate Properties (AFRE) within UAE in a competent manner and to maintain the smooth running of all AFRE properties on daily basis.

This position is responsible for the proper operation of all systems and equipment; supervising and directing required repairs and renovations; and preventative maintenance of all properties.

This role will be based out of Al Futtaim Real Estate Office at Festival City, Dubai

Requirements

The ideal candidate needs a minimum experience of 5 to 7 years with HVAC systems, electrical systems and ELV systems. Of this, the candidate needs to have worked with a well reputed large company in the Middle East for at least 3 to 4 years.

The candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license and be very proficient with report generation.
