Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Job description / Role

Charterhouse offers a progressive opportunity to work at a globally renowned law firm looking to have a Mid-level Corporate Associate based in Dubai.

Your role will cover a broad spectrum of corporate work such as M&A, Private Equity, Initial Public Offerings and Joint Ventures. This would be an exceptional position for an Associate who would like to cover more corporate areas and increase responsibility.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Western educated at one of the top institutions and have completed your training at either a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm. You should have at least 4 years' PQE. The preference would be that you are admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or the US however applications from elsewhere will also be considered, particularly if you have regional GCC experience. Arabic skills are not essential however will be advantageous.
