MIS Manager - HRIS Experience - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

The MIS Manager will be responsible for the overall portfolio management of MIS and other strategic projects including organizational metrics and capabilities in terms of resource management.

The overall purpose of this role is to develop a Management information system (MIS) for the HR Department and maintain accurate data. The main areas of focus are the accuracy of data supplied to various stakeholders/-internal /external verbally or through written methods such as reporting.

This position will report to Director – HR and will be based out of Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience working as a MIS Manager within a Finance Department or HRIS Department

Previous experience as a MIS Manager would be a must.
