Most valued financial services provider in the middle east is looking to hire Mobile Financial Services - Business Support Associate for the Retail Banking/ Multi-channel & CRM

Job Description:
- Responsible for the design and development of project requirements for mobile banking projects in sync with best practices and latest innovative solutions all around the world.
- Responsible for the design and development of projects for different mobile operating systems including iOS, Android, Blackberry OS, Linux Based OS, Windows 8 & above and mobile web in sync with best practices and latest innovative solutions all around the world.
- Responsible for the design and development of project requirements for SMS services and notifications projects in sync with best practices and latest innovative solutions all around the world.
- Responsible for creating Direct Banking Services through mobile applications.
- Responsible for doing business analyses and understanding the requirements to convert into IT analysis within the different project management methodologies. (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum approaches)
- Collaborate with IT developers, legal & business stakeholders to drive the solution through to delivery
- Ensure projects are deployed with the highest quality within the given time and budget based on expectations set
- To continuously seek for new ways to attract customers, innovative services and process improvements.
- Initiate, coordinate with the group involved in the process to ensure that the processes are being executed and attain the business process objectives.
- Preparing the test scripts and UAT's requirements for the mobile projects, Complete UAT and get it signed off.
- Keep projects under continuous review to identify gaps and risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
- Liaise with IT, external vendor (if any), testing resources, and service level agreements.
- Provide product documentation and training to call center and branches, and serve as the subject matter expert concerning the designated product and/or product line.
- Take an active role along with the mobile banking manager and team in developing marketing campaigns for new service introductions or new payment partners launch or post-implementation go-live requirements.
- Keep'updated with the latest technology initiatives to create new potential business 'opportunities in the mobile payments area and enhance the abilities of current services.
- Seek for potential partnerships and project opportunities to distribute mobile payment solutions of the bank with the 3rd party solution providers or merchants.
- To work closely with different business lines, including products, segments, distribution, marketing and other support units
- To liaise with different external parties as and when required in alignment with business strategy
- To contribute to improve the penetration of mobile payment services in line with departmental targets
- The candidate should have a high motivation, good follow up skills for multiple tasks handled by various teams and passion for mobile technologies to enable new value added and innovative services.

Requirements

- Aged 25-35 with Bachelor's degree in management engineering, industrial engineering or computer sciences fields are preferred.
- Professional business qualification in banking,telecommunication or payment technology companies would be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required in digital business development or product development roles
- Good skills in terms of Project Management, Business Analyses, especially in mobile related projects
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, services, processes and distribution related matters exposure
- Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables and ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes.

- Solid analytical, critical and creative problem solving skills with an understanding of electronic delivery channels and how to utilize them to meet business goals is required.
