Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational organisation operating within the construction and engineering consultancy market. With a major presence in the Middle East and continued growth within the business, our client is looking to hire a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the company within the Talent Acquisition function.

This role will be responsible for the onboarding of candidates joining the business. You will be sending offers to candidates as well as liaising by telephone and email to ensure that all queries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also deal with visa documentation and establish that all required administration is completed for audit purposes. In addition, you will assist with the international mobilisation of new employees to include travel and accommodation bookings when bringing new employees into the UAE.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have previous experience dealing with the onboarding process for senior level candidates with a particular focus on international mobilisation. You should also have a strong understanding of the visa procedures and all required documentation. This is a high pressured and dynamic position, therefore it is essential you are meticulous and possess excellent administration and multitasking skills.
