The Monitor Liaison Manager is responsible for the interface between the Bank and the Monitors appointed by relevant regulatory authorities. The job holder works as part of a team with other role-holders, who support each other to fulfill the requirements of the Monitor engagement. The job holder works flexibly to support all aspects of the Monitor engagement across workstreams as required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working as part of the team to provide day-to-day coordination of the Monitor Liaison function - ensuring all information provided to the Monitor is provided in accordance with defined timelines; all required approvals and supporting documentation obtained; all information requests and proactive sharing is fully and accurately tracked in the Monitor Document Tracker; and that all escalation routes for delayed requests are followed and documented.
* Ensuring all meeting requests and interview requests from the Monitors are reviewed, allocated to the right people, who are then sufficiently briefed on what is expected to be covered ; ensuring actions emerging from interviews and meetings are tracked for resolution
* Management of the Monitor Engagement Action Log accurately and up-to-date including liaising with action owners and managing actions to closure with clear updates on a timely basis;
* Attendance at Monitor meetings for note-taking purposes as required;
* Coordination and participation in the Monitor Document Request weekly meeting and escalation meetings as required; and
* Development and maintenance of templates for standard communications and reporting of trends and patterns in the Monitor engagement, to the Communications function within the UAE Regulatory Remediation Program (RRP), based on feedback from Monitor interviews/meetings and information request trends.

Requirements

* Excellent organization skills
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, Visio and MS Project a bonus
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, flexible and adaptable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience as a Paralegal (desirable)
