Moroccan FnB Captain up to 3K AED ++ for a Catering Services Company in UAE
Position: FnB Captain
Salary: 3,300 AED plus shared accommodation, transportation, duty meal, medical insurance depending on qualifications and years of experience

Responsibilities:
• To ensure diners are receiving high-quality service
• Overseeing the proper order and flow of dishes, informing staff about specials and food that is sold out and keeping the dining areas clean and organized
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Open to Moroccan nationals
• Male/Female, 30 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• High School Diploma or any relevant certifications
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in the hotel industry
• Experts in basic food service technique
• Good personal presentation skills
• To be patient and diplomatic when dealing with complaint
• Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to work weekends and evenings
• Excellent communication skills
