The MR Product Marketing Manager coordinates, leads, and manages the execution of the marketing plan for the GEHC MR designated Segment in EAGM (Middle East, Russia, Africa, Turkey and Central Asia).The MR Product Marketing Manager identifies opportunities for growth and market share gain. Then based on deep market understanding of customer segment needs, creates an EAGM specific portfolio strategy including product positioning, current portfolio evolution and installed base growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Utilizes Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to develop and execute the marketing plan for the MR designated Segment. Responsibilities include VOC gathering, Marketing Blueprint development and collaboration, segmentation, targeting and positioning to align messaging, tactics, commercial channel tools and execution for success
- Employs market research, clinical and industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis, win/loss tracking and price realization in developing the EAGM commercial strategy.
- Understands customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought. Prioritizes customer segments and business opportunities and utilizes market research and data to develop business cases in conjunction with regional and global product marketing and the commercial teams.
- Collaborates with Marketing Communications and PR to develop regional communication plans. Develops communication “assets” (collateral, images and training tools/courses) that can be deployed in the execution of regional communication plans. Responsible for capturing and reporting upon relevant metrics.
- Collaborates with Global Marketing and engineering to provide input to the product development roadmap, to develop, test and prototype new product ideas, develop differentiation, define product value propositions, collect evidence of value and creating regulatory claims.
- Owns launch plans for new products in the region with appropriate product positioning, segment/region-specific value propositions and distribution strategies.
- Executes all demand generation and awareness activities in the EAGM region (including trade shows, customer events, advertising, telemarketing campaigns, promotions). Works with Marketing Communications on developing positioning/messaging, tools and collateral for NPIs. Works closely with regional marketing on internal training, external launch events/announcements and sales campaigns.
- Leads the development of regional Key Opinion Leader relationships in collaboration with regional Marketing and Commercial teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business School
- MRI technical and Clinical domain knowledge
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and process skills

Desired Characteristics:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
- Healthcare product/industry acumen
