Job description / Role
Client is a Large Consultancy Company with a strong presence in the Middle East working on some of the Largest Projects in the Region.
Client requires a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor who is experience with contracts and claims, to work on a number of large build and infrastructure projects in Dubai.
Expected Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 AED Per Month.

Requirements
- Must be a full Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
- Must come from a consultancy background
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Hold a Quantity Surveying Degree or Civil Engineering Degree
- Pre and Post Contract experience is essential
- Vastly experienced in Claims and Contracts
