Nail Technician

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for Nail Technicians to join their team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). They are looking for English speaking candidates with at least 2 years relevant experience.

As a Nail Technician, you will:

- Provide nail and hand services to customers, such as basic manicures, artificial nails, gel nails, hand/foot treatments, polish applications, nail arts, head & shoulder massage, etc.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets through upselling/cross selling
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure all tools are sterilized and up to quality / hygiene standards

Requirements

- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- With at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Expertise in basic nail art techniques
- Good communication skills, well-groomed, professional appearance
- Excellent customer service skills; comfortable dealing with diverse clients
- Knowledge of nail care and problems
- Willing to work extended hours if necessary
- Female required (due to the nature of the role)
