National Manager - ALCAS - Al Futtaim Auto Centres

Job description / Role

We are looking to recruit a National Manager to oversee the ALCAS division of Al Futtaim Auto Centres (ALAC). The role will be based in the Dubai Head Office and will report into the Managing Director. The main purpose of the role is to oversee the strategic planning, direction and co - ordination of business operations of divisions. The National Manager is a key player in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the business and is responsible for the achievement of the division’s business objectives.

It is the responsibility of the National Manager - ALCAS to develop and monitor performance of Managers who are instrumental in the achievement of goals / budgets, to provide thorough knowledge of the company, its culture, products and services to all Managers. to ensure that all divisions run profitably in all aspects of operations and as per company policy.

Ensure that operational standards of ALCAS in dealing with vendors and suppliers are well executed to meet the needs of the company and to have excellent relationship at all times. To promote the company’s image with Principles, suppliers and vendors. Maintain a professional relationship with direct reports to execute the objectives of the business effectively.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum of five years management experience in a similar job. it is essential that foster superior leadership skills, work well with the team and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.

As this is a Senior Management role, it is expected that you have the ability to make major decisions, solve problems quickly and are capable of dealing with conflict management. You will be required to work with all levels of management and have superior training and delegation abilities.
