Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking to recruit an experienced National Sales Manager to join our growing team within the Pre Owned Vehicles division of Al Futtaim Motors - Toyota. The main purpose of the role is the ownership and control of the AFM Toyota Pre Owned Sales Team of the entire UAE Business and target delivery.

The main responsibilities of the role are on- going performance management.

Planning and setting sales targets for the team, as well as monitoring the work of the team and encouraging them to meet their set targets; stock management, including, but not limited to, reconditioning costs, stock mix and volumes per location, trade-in penetration and ageing stock; to complete regular site visits to coach and develop Sales Executives.

Review individual performance and develop and document action plans for continual improvement with follow-ups to ensure improvements achieved, amending action plans where necessary.

Ensure all trainings are completed on time and any additional training is requested; compiling comprehensive reports that give transparency to the health of the business and provide analysis plus recommendations for improvements to General Manager; to ensure Sales Consultants maintain showrooms to Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Standards in regards to branding, PoS and cleanliness of showroom and vehicle display; system maintenance for Toyota Certified Pre-Owned website and Fastrack in terms of vehicles loaded, photography and dealing with web leads/enquiries; to ensure Customer service and satisfaction levels are managed through strict adherence to sales process, comprehensive customer follow-up and continual improvement, based on customer feedback.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology
- Understanding of Auto Sales Processes (dealer level UAE)
- Insurance product and process understanding

Minimum Experience:
- Pre-Owned multi-site management
- Showroom Knowledge including strong understanding of Fastrack and wing to wing sales process
- Automotive Experience within Franchised environment
- Previous Pre-Owned Sales Management experience a MUST

Job-Specific Skills:
- Ability to performance manage sales and support staff
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency
- Languages: Fluent English, Arabic an Advantage
- Training Execution as directed by the General Manager in line with TNA action plans

- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
