Job description / Role
Charterhouse is exclusively working with a venture capital backed ecommerce start-up based in the heart of Dubai who is looking to hire a .NET EPiServer Developer, as a .NET EPiServer developer you will report directly into the GM and be expected to be a technical thought leader and an example to the junior developers.
Your main responsibilities will be to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to write, test and deliver robust, high quality software to effectively gather technical requirements and perform technical analysis. You will ensure software components are decoupled and ensure a good percentage of code testability. You will leading a small team of .Net developers where you will also leverage your experience to mentor them. You will also be tasked with helping to maintain and improve code quality through peer review, unit and functional test automation.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be comfortable architecting software solutions for technical requirements as well as architecting cloud hosting solutions. In addition to owning database related tasks such as writing SQL scripts and running them only when and where applicable the successful candidate will be expected to stay on top of trends in the application development community such as .Net, EPiServer CMS and the Commerce landscape. Due to the nature of the role specific EPiServer experience is required.
