Night Manager

Job Description:
• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival during the night shift and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a high level of personalized service is provided to guests, addressing their needs and concerns effectively for guests arriving or departing during the night.
• Supervise the night staff, including front desk personnel, security officers, and housekeeping, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance.
• Ensure the efficient handling of phone calls, reservations, wake-up calls, and guest requests during the night shift and handle any emergency situations, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security issues, following established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel property by implementing and enforcing security procedures and protocols by conducting regular inspections of public areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and CIS nationals
• 35 to 45 years old
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Availability to work during nighttime hours and on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures and protocols.
