Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Nightlife Manager to oversee the operations of our busy, vibrant Lounge, Ongaku! Ongaku serves as a destination within itself or as a after dinner experience. Guests enjoy a lively atmosphere with sensational views over the city.

The Manager will ensure smooth service throughout the evening and liaise closely with the Restaurant team.

Maintain Clap's high standards of food & beverage quality and service whilst maximizing profits through outstanding customer service, upselling and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this key position will be confident and outgoing, posses exceptional customer service skills and come from a busy lounge, nightlife/club background.

We are looking for someone who will be dedicated, committed and have great presence within the operations with a strong work ethic.

Other requirements;
- Perfect command of English
- Experience in a similar bar/lounge set up
- Good level of business acumen
- A true leader who leads by example
