Halian International, a global IT services business, is currently seeking a NOC Administrator with comprehensive working knowledge in a NOC environment. Based in Dubai, UAE, this will be a one year contract extendable contract working for one of the world’s leading IT vendors on a pioneering project in the Middle East.

Prerequisites
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, we are seeking a NOC Administrator that has a proven track record of delivering complex NOC projects. To qualify for the 1st stage of interview, you must possess the following skills and experience;
• Administration and troubleshooting of HPE OMi
• Administration and troubleshooting of HPE NNMi and ISPi Components
• Administration and troubleshooting of HPE Sitescope
• Administration and troubleshooting of HPE BSM Connectors
• Discovery and Customization of UCMDB/UD jobs to collect details on different technologies
• Administration and troubleshooting of HPE Cloud Optimizer
• Configuration and troubleshooting integration between HPE tools (OMi – NNMi), (OMi – UCMDB) , (OMi - Cloud Optimizer)
• Experienced with Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management processes for daily operational tasks.
