NOC Engineer

Job description / Role

• Applying for all kinds for work permits, NOCs from stakeholders for the project
• This includes ( municipality, Communication companies, Traffic Dept, Water & Electricity authorities, police, military,..etc)
• Applying for roads permits, and permits to erect the fence around the project site, from relevant municipal, and governmental entities.
• Coordination with all relevant entities that might be affected by project works.
• Updating the list of NOCs and permits
• Renewing any permit or NOC that is about to expire
• Coordinate with consultant, and client for any new requirements of permits
• Preparing any required NOC form our project side to any entity that might require it.
• Representing the project in any upcoming issues related to permits-NOCs during the execution of the projects works

Requirements

• BSC Engineering Degree
• 5 years’ experience in NOC works
• Minimum 1 project experience with underground works for road, metro or sewer networks
• Professional speaking and written communication in Arabic and English
• Experiences in dealing with diverse utility protections and relocations in a congested service corridor environment
