NQ-2 YRS PQE Corporate Associate – Abu Dhabi

Working with a Prestige Global Law Firm based in Abu Dhabi, this is an exciting opportunity for a relatively junior Corporate Associate to kick off their legal career by working on both Global and Middle Eastern Transactions at the highest level.
You will be given the responsibility for substantial elements of a transaction and also supplied with the guidance if required.

You will possess the adaptability required to apply your legal knowledge to various jurisdictions. Working within a highly respected team who boasts of some of the best clients in their industry, you will be called upon to use already developed corporate knowledge, along with your ability to learn and develop new skills to add real value to these top clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate should ideally be Western educated at one of the top institutions and have completed training at either a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm. The preference would be that you are admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or the US however applications from elsewhere will also be considered, particularly if you have regional GCC experience. Arabic skills are not essential however will be advantageous.
