Job description / Role

We are currently seeking 200 highly skilled and compassionate Nurses to join our client healthcare team.

The successful candidate nurses will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a nurse, you will be assessing patients' health status and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and documenting all interventions and changes in patients' conditions
• Providing patient education and emotional support to help patients and their families cope with illness and recovery
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensuring that patient's medical records are accurate and up-to-date
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and adhering to infection control policies and procedures
• Participating in ongoing education and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
