Position Title: Nurse Supervisor
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A highly trusted healthcare provider based in Dubai, specializing in Clinical Diagnostics and Laboratory Services.

Job Description:
• Assign patients to nurses, evaluate the nurse’s monthly performance as per KPIs
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Nursing standards and report any instances of violation to the higher management
• Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and confidentiality of client records
• Inform patient’s family members about medical procedures and doctor’s instructions.
• Train new joiner nurses for the Care of Newborn Babies, Elderly, Post-Operative, Pregnant Women, Special Needs, Pain Management, and General Medical Cases.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian or Arabic nationals
• Female, 40 years and below
• Should have at least 3 years’ experience on the same role
• Knowledgeable with Tracheotomy Care, Suctioning, Ventilating, and Rehabilitation
