Job description / Role

Occupational Therapist up to 18K AED for a Speech Clinic in Al Ain

- Treat disabled, ill or injured patients with special equipment and the therapeutic use of daily activities. Help patients improve, regain and develop the skills needed for day to day life and work and may provide long-term patient care.

Requirements

- Open to any nationality
- Male/Female, 45 years old below
- With bachelor’s degree/diploma/certification in Occupational Therapy is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Occupational Therapist, preferably in a medical/clinic/hospital setting
- With valid medical license to practice as Occupational Therapist from country of residence
- Candidate with HAAD/DOH license/eligibility letter/data flow will be prioritized
- To conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories and personal goal
- To help those with severe developmental delays learn basic tasks
- To address sensory and attentional issues to improve focus and social skills
- To provide comprehensive evaluations of the client’s home and other environment, recommendations for adaptive equipment and training in its use, and guidance and education for family members and caregivers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can join immediately is preferred (1-month max)

- Work Location:Al Ain, UAE
- Salary is up to 18,000 AED depending on the qualifications and experience
