Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Department Head you will be responsible for efficient functioning of the Office including:
- Day-to-day administration as and when required, office & kitchen supplies, mails collections & courier management.
- Overall team support, receive and make calls, produce business letters.
- Processing expenses in a timely manner.
- Marketing material inventories and office stationary management, business cards processing, along with adhoc marketing material.
- Event Support - assist with annual client conference in UAE, along with adhoc events.
- Procurement - processing supplier invoices in an organised and timely manner, raising purchase requests, goods received notes, and ensuring supplier payments.

Requirements

- Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask.
- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Can do attitude, with a passion to excel.
- English as a first language
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to degree level in Business Administration or similar with at least 3 years previous experience working as an office coordinator in a multinational organisation.
