Employment: Full Time

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/Administrator. This Company has been in operation since 2008 and is a leader in providing outstanding fit out solutions, new design solutions and revolutionary processes to high-end clients across the UAE and the GCC region.

We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of five years’ experience of Office Management and Administration with a working knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures.

Excellent IT and organisational skills, with the ability to make decisions and use initiative are a must, as is a cheerful and flexible demeanour. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are incredibly important as considerable external and internal communication is required.

The team does travel and the Office Administrator will organise all travel along with general support for the Executive Management Team. ISO and quality management system knowledge is desirable.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a bright, proactive individual, who is focused on the delivery and production of premium quality work. Working in a fabulous office environment, you will be diplomatic, managing issues with sensitivity, always maintaining a courteous and positive outlook.

Above all, candidates must be excellent team players, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally. Complete fluency in English is required, with exemplary standards of written English, coupled with very strong IT skills.

This role will supervise a small team and really is the lynchpin of the office offering a wonderful opportunity to develop and grow within a friendly, dynamic and fast moving environment.
