Tagalog Speaking Office Administrator - International Steel Manufacturing/ Trading Company
Salary Dhs. 7000-10,000/- per month
On behalf of our client, one of the largest steel product producers in the world, we are looking to recruit a Tagalog Speaking Office Administrator for their Dubai Office. You will have the overall responsibility in the daily running of an office and making sure office supplies are maintained. You will be maintaining contact with all provider services and ensure their availability in time of need.
You will also need to familiarise yourself with basics of company's order-booking system and support sales/trading functions including LC’s, Shipping, Logistics etc.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have previous experience in similar roles and be driven by ambition and proceeding on her career. The candidate must have excellent command of English and Tagalog.
You are a self starter and find solutions instead of problems. You have excellent organisation and communication skills.
