Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The position includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

Reporting to two Department Heads you will be responsible for efficient administration support:
- Assisting with calendar and inbox management
- General administration duties in document preparation and powerpoint assistance
- Travel coordination to include flight and hotel bookings and logistics
- Expenses management and follow up
- Event Support - assist with department event coordination.
- Meeting arrangements and dealing with last minute changes

Requirements

- Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask
- Experience working in a multinational company with HR or Legal experience
- Can-do attitude, with a passion to excel
- Advanced English communication skills, French and Arabic are an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to degree level in Business Administration or similar with at least 3 years previous experience working as an office coordinator/ administrator in a multinational organisation.
