Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An Abu Dhabi based Advertising company, leading the market with creative talents offering market strategies to promote brands in the region

Job Description:
• Handling clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, maintaining files, and preparing paperwork, answering phone calls, taking and forwarding emails, ordering and keeping an inventory of office supplies
• Scheduling meetings, sending meeting invites, coordinating messenger and courier service
• Faxing, scanning, and copying documents
• Running general errands for senior staff members, preparing coffee and tea

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 25 to 35 years old
• At least 3 years of of experience in the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
