Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant in Dubai.
Responsibilities will include:
- Serving of Tea/Coffee/Beverages.
- Provide exceptional services to VIP Guests, Visitors, Consultants and Executive Management Team
- Participate in environmental and safety issues that concerns the workplace
- Sustain, maintain, and update stocks or supplies from different area of responsibilities such as offices, store room, pantry and such.
Requirements
- High School Certificate with basic computer knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience
Job-Specific Skills:
- Positive “can do” Attitude
- Good Communication skills in English (2nd language is advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own and in teams
Successful candidates should be at least:
- Speaks and understand English language.
- Pro active and always on the go to attend customers and staff.
