Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Mackenzie Jones are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit for an office coordinator. This is a permanent opportunity based in a great location in Dubai and the client is keen to fill this position as soon as possible.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Handle all customer related queries while providing the highest level of service possible
- Manage the the entire order process from start to finish
- Create and maintain documentation in order to improve processes
- Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Support sales team with preparing reports and forecast
- Resolve customer complaints
- Record information onto SAP
- Support external audits

Requirements

You will be very customer service orientated and always strive to provide the highest standard of service.

Ideally you will holed a degree preferably in accounting and have excellent working knowledge of SAP. You must also be fluent in English, both written and verbal and have experience in order management.
