Job description / Role
- Fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and contractual terms.
- Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for adequacy.
- Ensure the implementation of the project quality plan.
- Prepare Method Statements.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
- Plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer.
- Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience in sewerage works &/or civil infrastructure.
- Demonstrated good problem solving skills and high level of analytical skills in order to perform analysis of project.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated well developed skills in MS Office - Auto Cad Drawings
- Demonstrated skills in prioritization & time management to ensure that the projects are timely compiled and workload is managed effectively within agreed time frames and deadlines.
