Job description / Role
Our client a leading luxury retail group is seeking an Office Manager for their small local office.
- Oversee the daily operation of the office
- Liase with head office and local retail team and distributors
- Cover the office reception
- Staff travel arrangements
- Manage and order office supplies and stationery
- Manage suppliers and contractors follow up on payments and invoicing
- Process visas and labour cards for staff
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and speak French/English fluently
- Previous experience working in Administration position (Coordinator, PA, EA, Reception)
- Strong organisational skills
- Local experience working in the UAE
- Experience working within the luxury retail/retail industry desirable
