Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client are a multinational entity who are currently relocating within the DIFC and have subsequently had a role become available for an experienced Office Manager.

The role will have alot of ad-hoc duties due to the nature of the business so the ideal profile will be someone who isn't afraid of taking on additional tasks when required and is looking to be part of a team as opposed to working alone.

Basic duties include:
- Greeting and assisting external visitors;
- Daily office management – answering phones; ensuring that the office is presentable; referring inquiries, monitoring log book;
- Booking of internal meeting rooms and maintaining meeting room schedule;
- Creating meeting agendas;
- Updating staff annual leave dates and ensuring all the leave requests are signed off on;
- Booking travel and creating itineraries, experience in organizing visas;
- Once accounting system set up – assisting with journal entries;
- Consultancy invoices - checking the consultant payment certificates to ensure all details match the invoices and bank transfer request forms;
- Drafting of bank transfer requests for all payments and matching to the invoices;
- Scanning of invoices / transfer requests and filing in appropriate folders;
- Compiling & processing expenses;
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks;
- Send out RFP’s;
- Manage office assistant;
- Maintain office filing.

Salary of 18,000 AED - 25,000 AED dependent on experience

Requirements

The successful candidate will have ( preferably local ) experience within a similar role. The position offers the right candidate progression and role diversity so someone who can adapt themselves when in different situations is key.

- Advanced in Microsoft Office Packages - Excel, Word & Powerpoint;
- Team player with a flexible, can do attitude to work;
- Be the face of the business – presentable, approachable and friendly;
- Arabic speaking preferred but not a necessity
