Employment: Full Time

We are currently working in partnership with a Global provider and manufacturer who are seeking an Office Manager to join their Regional office in Dubai.

You will be solely responsible for managing the office function; first point of contact for queries, ordering all supplies, monitoring contracts and facilities, managing administration for all departments, providing PA support and ad hoc additional duties.

Requirements

This is a varied role seeking an experienced and organised individual who can take full control of all the office functions - logging and updating processes and ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.

At least 3 years experience in a similar support role essential.

English essential and Arabic desirable.

10,000 - 15,000 AED
