Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Organizing diary, meetings and overseeing general office operations. Greeting visitors, answering calls, booking flights and hotels, preparing PowerPoint presentations, organising legalisation of documents, liaising with local authorities, service providers, ensuring office efficiency etc.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Russian Speaker with a minimum of 3 years experience of working as an Office Manager. Well presented with good communication skills in English as well as fluent Russian. Must be flexible in responsibilities as this is a small office for a company based in Switzerland.
