About the Client:
An international F&B group

Job Description:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space, which includes managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.
• Facilitate effective communication among staff members, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files and records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role in the UAE
• HACCP, health, and safety background is a plus.
