Employment: Full Time

A well Organized, Analytical highly articulate and business oriented Office Manager/Corporate Secretary is required to facilitate Business Review meetings including Board Meetings, facilitates in Preparation and circulating the Agenda of the meetings, organizing, Scheduling, Compiling the Presentations and Data to be circulated to the participants of the meetings, Attend the meetings to Write the Minutes of the meeting, circulation of the Minutes of the meeting collect the replies/ feedback and follow ups on any missing data or reports if deemed necessary.

Key Job Responsibilities: (8 -10 years Similar Experience is a MUST)
• Arrange/coordinate/Facilitate Business Review meetings & Board meetings
• Draft meeting agenda/Resolutions and circulate the Meeting Schedules
• Professionally prepare necessary Presentation/Reports/Data for the meetings
• Drafting the Minutes of the Meeting including Board Meetings and Board Resolutions, business letters and correspondences.
• Follow-up on Action items decided in the meetings and prepare reports on status updates.
• Ensure adherence with the Local Laws, Corporate Governance, Company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring proficient filling systems and keeping of records is maintained.

Requirements

• University Degree, Certified or Diploma in Corporate Secretary is a MUST
• Robust experience in private sector conglomerates or family owned business
• Fluent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening, business acumen and follow up skills
• A Presentable and pleasant personality
• Excellent Analytical Skills Well versed with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
