Job description / Role
Client a Multinational luxury retail brand with a strong presence in the Middle East are currently seeking an Office Manager to manage their Dubai Office.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, managing staff attendance, responding to customer/client enquiries and overseeing the overall condition of the office as well as some PA duties to the Directors. You will also be the first point of contact for all new staff and visitors to the company. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with the business - a great role to really make your own!
Requirements
- Strong interest/background in luxury retail
- Experience in a PA/office Manager type role
- 5 years + support experience
- Well presented and personable
- Confident with excellent attention to detail
- Local experience not essential but will help with the position
