Job description / Role
A multinational professional services company located in Downtown Dubai are seeking a tri-lingual Office Manager/Administration Assistant.
The role will involve meeting and greeting office clients and visitors, answering and directing office inquiries, reviewing presentations, reviewing contracts, organising travel, booking meetings and diary management.
Previous experience working in Dubai essential.

- Excellent communication skills
- Well presented
- Fluent in French, Arabic & English
- Administration experience/office management experience/reception experience
- Self starter
- Ability to work unattended
