Job description / Role
On behalf of our client based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager-PA to join a small team predominately western team.
Salary 10-15,000 AED
Duties:
- Managing the office on a day to day basis managing an office of 9 in the team
- Directly reporting into the CEO and Directors assisting as a PA
- Diary management
- Organizing travel, agendas & visa's
- Managing meetings for the team
- Managing the office, invoices, petty cash lapsing with accountant monthly with office expenditure reports
- Stationary ordering
- Organizing company & corporate events
- Preparing documents for free zones, trade license renewals and rental renewals
- Liaising with the free zone on preparing for visa's
- HR duties- sickness, holidays and personal employee data updates
- Dealing with vendors
- Administration support, typing, faxing, emails and memo's covering face to face greets
- Answering & screening all calls & com pay emails
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years Admin support experience
- UAE work experience essential
- Western National requested
- Currently based in Dubai
- Excellent English Grammar
- Smart, professional & confident
- IT literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Friendly with a can do attitude
- Able to work independently & own initiative
- Female Required
