Purpose
- To deliver an award-winning digital ecosystem.
- You are continuously optimizing. You drive innovation.
- To make DPR the leading educational establishment in the entertainment sector in UAE & GCC.
- To drive admissions and revenue via the Education sales vertical.

Main Duties
- Manage all booking requests & bookings through internal systems according to our procedures and processes
- Builds rapport with customers (to drive booking conversions) through provision of excellent service
- Regular review of processes & maintenance of SOPs
- Update email templates
- Maintain details of all educational or market special offers
- Maintain education group booking calendar for the parks
- Agrees & communicate any changes in processes to the parks
- Maintain accurate contact list
- Liaises with the parks and educational establishments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contributes to development of product solutions to meet customer needs & maximise booking conversion levels
- Identifies and communicates areas for improvement to better meet customer expectations
- Follow all relevant QHSE-IMS procedures and relevant legal requirements so that a certain minimum level of product/service quality can be guaranteed, personal health & safety, the safety of others and company assets are not jeopardized and the activities carried out are consistent with DPR's vision of environmental protection and safety.

Requirements

Are You a Star?

Essential
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 year's professional sales experience in Hospitality/Tourism/Attraction/Theme Park industry

Desired
- Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken essential, written preferred)
- Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Cold calling experience in any sales sector
