About the Job

Render technical administrative support to the assigned department in various matters related to documentation, contracts administration, data gathering, periodic reporting and internal & external coordination with concerned parties

Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the preparation of the HSE biennial plans, activities, budget and work plans in line with the functional requirements.
- Prepare monthly activities plan according to the allocated HSE task and approval by Department Manager.
- Develop and maintain a record of HSE activities and their implementation, including regular monitoring of the utilization of HSE programs for future reference and management reporting.
- Prepare analytical notes for presentations at meetings with senior management and for internal team reviews.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the procurement plan for the Department.
- Assist in the preparation and review of HSE documentation related to Internal / External HSE audit, review of Personal Protective equipment requirement, on a periodic basis for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate Department committee meetings including preparation of agenda, recording the minutes of meeting and coordinating other administrative requirements.
- Prepare monthly HSE statistic reports and other periodic/ adhoc reports as required by the Department Manager.
- Assist in imparting awareness in HSE areas including as part of the Department communication plans/ programs.
- Participate in preparation of detailed reports of environmental investigations and follows-up with operations to formulate recommendations for remedial actions to be adopted.
- Carries out other related duties as assigned by the Management to fully contribute to the wide range of unit activities.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant degree
- At least 4 years experience in document control discipline, preferably with 3 years in HSE environment.
