Gulf Marketing Group are looking for a On-Boarding Manager to join the HR team.

The On-Boarding Manager will be responsible for the HR on-boarding Team who handle the process of all candidates joining GMG including the Head Office, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, Emirates British Nursery, Trilogy, Toy Magic, Green Builders, Engine, Farm Fresh, Quality Foods, Sun Coast, Multimedia and Jumeirah Center.

- Develop and manage the on-boarding process of all candidates across all business divisions
- Responsible for assisting the employees in processes such as relocation, car rentals and accommodation
- Working with the Learning and Development department to ensure new employees are scheduled for training and inductions
- Working directly with our Travel department to ensure overseas employees have accommodation and flight tickets booked for joining
- Assist with the selected candidates in all the On-Boarding process and processes related to the joining and employment up to the completion of the training and induction
- Ensure that a check list is prepared of all the documents which are required for the joining and track the missing documents and make a follow up of them until it received and that all on-boarding officers follow
- Work directly with the PR department in order to ensure visa and labour applications are processed to standard and efficiently with all necessary documents
- Work directly with the Recruitment department in order to ensure a smooth recruitment process from the hiring to the on-boarding of the candidates
- Liaising with all departments of the business to ensure candidates and the on-boarding process is completed
- Other duties as required by Management

Requirements

- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and preferably GCC Labour Laws
- Previous experience in a Recruitment/HR capacity of at least 3-4 years with experience in managing a team
- Proven record of developing, implementing and streamlining processes
- Strong organisational skills and managing people
- Written and Spoken English essential, Arabic knowledge a plus
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
