Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Online Content Coordinator is responsible to ensure the timelines and process is clearly mapped and defined for each of the GM Brands, agencies and internal teams for MY updates, digital campaigns and social media content calendars. Ensuring successful management and completion of model year updates and all required content updates on Arabia and Dealer sites. The role is also to Quality check and provide feedback to the Agencies. And consolidate monthly metrics into an Exec Summary for Quantitative & Qualitative Site performance is also a key activity.

Key responsibilities:
- To understand all key contributors and ensure there is a disciplined integrated clear coordinated approach to content.
- Ensure there is a defined process for effectively sharing online model content with other tools such as Spec sheets, Digital Dealer Sites platform, Service Lane pricing.
- Interview / discuss / meet key stakeholders and clearly map out the moving components and dependencies
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities and ensure all teams are aware of clear process and how they are involved (Brands and Agencies) for digital updates and campaigns
- Create a calendar with key milestones to drive timely updates with necessary escalations along the way
- Ensure weekly tracking with traffic light system to keep the focus and highlight roadblocks
- Consult with Brands on requirements and launch dates
- Maintain cross-agency integration to ensure timely achievement of updates
- Quality check and approve content for go live
- Maintain all update requirements and ensure successful completion and appearance on site
- Consolidate and connect the reports to see impact of marketing activities on consumer behavior
- Share marketing insight based on analytics and media reports
- Responsible for refining reporting format and sharing on a monthly basis.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing position.

Knowledge:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, Digital 101, Digital Analytics 101, Content Management Systems
- Knowledge of website management (CMS, web layouts, basic technical knowledge of websites)
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and Google Display Network (GDN).
- Basic knowledge of web analytics.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices and latest trends.
- Experience in curating Arabic web marketing content (essential).
- Knowledge of Structured System Analysis & Design, Digital Marketing, Content Management.

- Analytical skills to be able to interpret data.

- Presentation skills (Car enthusiast preferred).
