Job description / Role
One of the largest and most diversified privately owned businesses in the region has opened a fantastic opportunity for someone with a commercial background to join them as an ONLINE CRM EXECUTIVE.
As an ONLINE CRM EXECUTIVE you will be responsible with:
* You will have a detailed understanding of how CRM and Email databases work, and be able to use them strategically to deliver business value.
* Helping to drive customer loyalty and retention both online and in store through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications by maximizing revenue potential through the use of the database via Email, SMS and Social.
* Working alongside the Campaign and Loyalty Executives, you will be pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting the customer at the heart of the organization as the business continues its rapid expansion locally and internationally.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM/Database Marketing with at least 12 months focused on Email Marketing within an E-commerce environment.
* Excellent knowledge of working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms.
* Excellent project management skills & must be able to manage multiple programs at one time.
* Process development skills, ability to keep work flowing, minimizing problems or delays.
* Outstanding relationship building skills.
